Teriyaki Strips with Steamed Rice

  • • Break apart the strips and mix the strips with the oil.

    • Spread the strips on a baking sheet/single layer for even cooking.

    • Bake at 450 F for 10 min.

    • Mix Teriyaki sauce with the baked strips.

Planetarians Strips with Swedish Cream Sauce (“Beef stroganoff”)

  • To prepare the Planetarian strips:

    • In a saute pan, add the oil first, once the oil is hot, add the Planetarians strips and brown the strips till the surface is gold brown.

    • Alternatively, mix the Planetarians strips with the oil, spread the prepared strips in a baking sheet/single layer, cook the strips is a 450 F oven for 10 min.

    To prepare the Swedish cream sauce:

    • In a saucepan, add the stick of butter.

    • Slice the onion and cook the onion in the butter till it’s caramelized.

    • Add the flour and cook for 2 min.

    • Add the vegetable broth, heavy cream, season it with worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard and salt.

    • Mix well and cook for 2 min.

    To assemble the dish:

    • Mix the prepared Planetarians strips with the Swedish cream sauce, decorate it with chopped parsley and serve.
