Pancakes

 
 

Ingredients:

250 ml Milk

3 tbsp Vegetable oil or 40 g melted butter

1 egg

4 tbsp. Sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

119 g Wheat flour

51 g Defatted Sunflower seeds flour

Instructions:

1. Mix in a bowl milk, eggs, butter or oil and sugar.

2. Mix flour, salt and baking powder, sift into the milk-egg mixture. Stir well to get a homogeneous mass without lumps.

3. Heat the pan (it should be dry).

4. For 1 pancake you need 2 tbsp. dough, so pour them quickly into the pan and wait until the bubbles begin to appear. As soon as this happens, turn over the pancake.

Important: no need to wait until the entire surface of the pancake is covered with bubbles, so as soon as they start to appear, we turn it over.
