Primary ingredients

PLANETARIANS mission is to use 100% parts of plants. So the central ingredients are natural by definition.

PLANETARIANS primary ingredient is Sunflower Meal.

Sunflower was never genetically modified (NON-GMO) and is Gluten Free. A significant benefit of Sunflower meal is that it does not have anti-nutritional factors such as those found in soybean, cottonseed and rapeseed meals.



Secondary ingredients

Brown Rice Flour (30%), Non-GMO Tapioca starch (10%), Sunflower oil (10%), Non-GMO Natural Seasoning.

Non-GMO certification requires to remove all controversial ingredients. For us it's double check.

Rosemary extract is used as a natural preservative.


Cooking Method

Instead of unhealthy frying or energy consuming baking,  PLANETARIANS use the extrusion cooking to make snacks. 

Extrusion uses a thermo-mechanical energy to cook meals at high temperature over a short term. Pasta is the most well known product made by the extrusion technology.
